Today’s world is a busy place.
We all have lots of things we need to get done from day to day and finding time to work out can sometimes be a challenge.
Clinton is no different. Just like the rest of us, he’s in a hurry.
He wants to know what are the MOST effective exercises for the LEAST amount of time.
Great question, and I think we’d all like to know the answer to that one.
Get ‘er done fast, but without short changing ourselves for results. Sounds like the perfect kind of exercise, am I right?
However, before I can answer that with any real accuracy, it really depends on what the goals you’re working toward are.
Do you want to burn fat? Build muscle? Get faster? Stronger? More flexible?
It’s going to make a HUGE difference which kinds of exercises are going to work fastest and most effectively for you.
So first things first… choose your goals.
But, since Clinton didn’t actually tell me his what his specific goals are, I guess I’ll just share the most time saving but still effective exercises, for MANY different kinds of goals.
